lot of hard work, and mainly excellent communication skills. Promotion

there are also executive retail jobs, especially in new ventures,
where manpower in every department needs to be hired. Here, promotions
happen at a later stage. In such new ventures, the executive retail
manager needs to train the sales executives on the floor and other
staff, look into all teething problems that could occur, as well
as welfare of staff.
The
executive in the retail department is also responsible for the sales
and maintenance of the store. They need to strategize ways and means
to invite more customers and also increase the sales. Their aim
is to see that the cash counters are constantly abuzz.
Nonetheless,
this is regarded as a high profile job. While the executive is a
team leader, first and foremost he needs to be empathetic towards
his team members, motivating them towards better job performance.
